The spacious apartment was perfect for our family, and we loved being just a quick stroll away from the shopping centre and local parks. The kids enjoyed exploring the area, and we found the bed super comfortable after a day of adventure at nearby Belmont Golf Course, where they got to try out their swings. My kids wished for a few more kid-friendly snacks in the pantry.

Very amiable staff throughout. Comfy beds in our deluxe apartment. Special atmosphere and separate bathroom.
Wi-Fi connection was slow.

I spent our time here really good. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful and the design was modern. The team provided a friendly service. The location of the hotel was very central, not far from shopping center & secure parking, the beach and a numbered bay.
The bed of mine was a bit too soft.

Lovely place to stay with magnificent location in Broadmeadows area and great food. Pleasant and very pleasant staff, early check in. Location next to access to roads leading to Newcastle, Charlestown mall, and a large shopping center. For tea or coffee visit Mama-P nearby...

It was spotlessly clean and modern and and perfect for two friends with the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom option. Close to shops - perfect!
I'd suggest a box of tissue in the bathrooms, but that's it!

Good quite location. Bright comfortable room.
The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired, especially for the rates that were being charged. Some contstructive critisiom of the problems were pointed out to the manager who's reply was that the girls (cleaners) would not have seen that. Cob webs under the stairs leading to the above mezzameine floor, the stairs had a build up of dust on the sides that showed they only got wiped over down the middle, there was a half bag of ice obviously left by the prior guest, a build up of dust on the tiles under the bed and hair pin on the bedside table again from the last guest. This was all a shame as the set out of the appartment was great but it spoil our stay.

I had a very comfortable stay during my brief visit. the location is very central, offering stunning views on the way to Sydney airport. It’s also conveniently close to Charlestown Square, perfect for dinner at the Dumpling Bar, and just a short drive to the Hunter Valley. having a numbered bay was a nice touch.
